Beta — In Practice

For BETA, the concept is transposed into the former canteen of the ‘Ion Mincu’ Architecture High School. IN PRACTICE means that bodies actively explore and redefine the space through movement, positioning and arrangement. The dancers guide the audience through the various rooms and the spaces in between, evoking feelings of loneliness and a sense of togetherness.

Presented as part of the main exhibition In Practice — as opposed to ‚in theory‘.

Beta – Timișoara Architecture Biennial is organized by the Timiș branch of the Order of Architects of 
Romania, funded by the Municipality of Timișoara through the Project Center, co-funded by the order of Architects of Romania through the architecture stamp, and A.F.C.N. Beta is a member of the European platform LINA Community, supported by the European Union through the Creative Europe programme.
